Avoid administrative dissolution of an Indiana corporation or other entity by updating the registered agent’s email address and the entity’s official business address on the entity’s Indiana business entity report and file the report on time. New Indiana law prohibits reinstatement of an entity that has been dissolved for 5 years or more.
